Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions/services as per the customer needs and objectives.
- Establish mutually benefitting two-way communication between customer and the organization to manage the expectations.
- Overseeing customer account management, including preparation of SoWs, proposals, negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
- Timely DSR as per client’s guideline.
- Identify and nurture new growth areas with the existing customers/stakeholders.

**Education**:
