Employee Engagement Programs**: Assist in the development and implementation of various engagement programs and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience. This will include hosting virtual events with groups as large as 300 people each as well as in person events in the Coimbatore office.
- **Communication**: Facilitate effective communication channels to keep employees informed and engaged, including newsletters, intranet updates, and regular meetings. Create internal communications in business English. Feel comfortable speaking with executive leaders and new joiners alike.
- **Creative Event Planning**: Organize and support events, activities, and team-building exercises to boost morale and foster a sense of community within the organization. This may require in person support and coordination.
- **Recognition and Rewards**: Help administer recognition and reward programs to acknowledge and appreciate employee contributions, organize local distribution of the awards. Manage local new joiner and new baby gift programs and maintain inventory.

- A foundational understanding of HR practices and principles.
- Outstanding attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
