**Customer Support Executive Intern**
Job Summary:
A Customer Support Executive Intern is help to ensure customer satisfaction by providing support and information, and resolving issues. Customer Support Executive Intern should have strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to understand and empathize with customers. They should also have a thorough knowledge of the product or service they are supporting.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide customer support through phone and chat.
- Work with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and records of customer interactions.
- Review customer satisfaction reports to ensure customers are satisfied with the support they receive.
- Verifies customer requests are accurate and consistent.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Any bachelor’s degree
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
**Stipend : 4k**
