Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**: 1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, andmarketing leads.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customersatisfaction and repeat business.
3. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals to prospective clients.
4. Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, technical, and support) to ensureseamless customer experience.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
7. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
**Requirements**:
1. 1+ years of sales experience in the IT industry.
2. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Strong understanding of IT solution.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
**Desirable Skills**:1. Experience with CRM software.
2. Knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
3. Certification in sales or marketing
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
