Furniture & Interiors Sales Representative

**Job Title: Furniture and Interiors Sales Representative**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Qualification**: Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process. Determine if they are a good fit for your products or services.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the furniture and interior design products or services offered by your company. Be able to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
- **Consultative Selling**: Adopt a consultative selling approach by listening to the needs of prospects and providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and existing customers. Follow up regularly to nurture leads and provide ongoing support throughout the sales process.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and showroom tours to showcase the quality and functionality of your products or services.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with potential customers to close deals that are mutually beneficial.
- **CRM Management**: Keep detailed records of interactions with leads and customers in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Use CRM data to track progress, prioritize follow-ups, and analyze sales performance.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments. Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure alignment on sales goals, marketing campaigns, and customer expectations.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of furniture styles, materials, and manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for lead management and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
