- **Responsibilities**_

**Lead Generation and Client Outreach**
- Identify potential clients within the target markets across India
- Conduct marketing and sales meetings with turnkey interior contracting firms, interior fit-out firms, architects, MNC's & corporates, developers, etc.

**Sales Process Execution**
- Learn and implement our sales strategies to expand our customer base in the interior and workspace design and build sector and other related sectors as well.
- Work towards achieving sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system.

**Client Relationship Building**
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Understand client needs and communicate how our solutions address their specific requirements
- Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process

**Product Knowledge**
- Gain comprehensive understanding of Vertvista's products and services
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings

**Reporting**
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Analyze personal sales data to identify areas for improvement

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing / business development.
- Up to 1 year in Sales and Marketing experience, preferably in similar industry, like architectural / Lighting Industry / Flooring Industry/ Interior Fit-out Industry, etc. dealing with products like carpet, lights, AC, modular furniture, workspace design products, blinds/curtains, etc.
- Basic understanding of the Indian architecture and design market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Willingness to travel within India as required

- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in sales
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts related to workspace design and construction
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
