**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Market Analysis**: Research market trends, competitors, and potential clients to identify growth opportunities within the interior design industry.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and reach out to potential clients, including residential and commercial projects, architects, builders, and corporate clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners by providing excellent customer service and follow-up.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business goals and expand the company’s portfolio.
- **Proposal and Contract Management**: Prepare and present project proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in line with company objectives.
- **Brand Promotion**: Work closely with the marketing team to promote the company’s services, attend networking events, and represent the company in industry forums.
- **Collaboration with Design Teams**: Work with design teams to ensure that client expectations and requirements are fully understood and integrated into project proposals.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track sales performance and prepare reports to measure success and adjust strategies as needed.
- **Customer Feedback Collection**: Gather and analyze client feedback to improve services and identify new business opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of [2-3] years in business development, sales, or related roles in the interior design, architecture, or furniture industry.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent networking abilities to build relationships with industry contacts.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide customized solutions.
- Analytical skills for market research and competitor analysis.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- **Personal Traits**: Results-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to the fast-paced interior design industry.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
