Administrative Assistant

**About the role -**
As an Administrative Assistant at Cityflo, you will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring the efficient operation of the office.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Office Management**:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to maintain a well-functioning work
environment.
- Keep track of service maintenance like electrical equipment, furniture, Aquaguard, etc.
- Timely renewal of Housekeeping services, office rental agreements, etc.
- Pay the office-related utility bills.
- Keep track of inventory like Laptop, Desktop, Mobile, and Computer Accessories using office
laptop.
- Coordinate with service centers, vendors for timely repair of equipment.
- Keep clean & equipped office Meeting rooms.
**2. Front Desk Operations**:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Keep the office neat, clean & tidy.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
