Recruitment Assistant

**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Coordinating Interviews**:
Coordinate logistics for interviews such as video conference setups.
**Assisting in the Selection Process**:
Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
**Providing Administrative Support**:
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms.
Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
Handle paperwork related to the hiring process.
**Ensuring Compliance**:
Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations.
Ensure that recruitment processes comply with legal requirements and company policies.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
