- Prepare presentations
- Manage paperwork and filing
- Manage calendars
- Handle travel arrangements
- Maintain contact lists
- Manage expense reports
- Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment.
- Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain and update all digital and hard copy client contract files
- Prepare and monitor invoices
- Plan for any event. if required by management.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending and make employees to attend workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies

Skills
- Multitasking, Professionalism, Reporting Skill, Inventory control, Flexibility, Teamwork. Good verbal and Written Commumication, Problem Solving and Graduate.
- Shift Time 10am -to 7pm

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per month
