**Job Summary**:
The **Admin Assistant** will be responsible for handling daily office tasks, maintaining documentation, supporting bank transactions, and managing logistics. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and contribute to a productive work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily office maintenance, ensuring a clean, organized, and functional workspace.
- Manage and maintain documentation, including filing, record-keeping, and updating databases.
- Conduct routine bank work, including deposits, withdrawals, and other necessary financial errands.
- Coordinate logistics for office supplies, incoming and outgoing shipments, and order tracking.
- Assist with inventory management, including reordering supplies and coordinating with suppliers.
- Support senior staff with administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling meetings or preparing reports.
- Serve as a point of contact for office-related queries, maintaining effective communication with all departments.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 1+ year in an administrative or office assistant role is preferred.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a problem-solving attitude.
- Familiarity with basic banking procedures and logistics management is preferred.
