Perform administrative tasks to support the organization's operations - Manage data entry, record-keeping, and filing systems - Provide support to various departments, such as finance, HR, and customer service - Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality in all tasks Responsibilities: - Data entry and management - Record-keeping and filing (physical and digital) - Document scanning and archiving - Mail management (sorting, distributing, and sending) - Customer data management - Support for finance (e.g., invoicing, expense tracking) - Support for HR (e.g., employee data, benefits administration) - Support for customer service (e.g., order processing, returns) - General administrative tasks (e.g., photocopying, binding) - Maintaining office supplies and inventory - Ensuring data security and confidentiality Skills: - Organizational and time management skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team - High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
