Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and successfully launch marketing campaigns.

Design and implement marketing plans for company products to effectively reach target audiences.

Address client queries about product specifications and uses, providing comprehensive and accurate information.

Cultivate and maintain positive client relations to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Track sales data to monitor performance and ensure the company meets sales quotas.

Create and present sales performance reports to management and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.

Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth and adaptation.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness and expand market reach.

*Requirements*:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or similar role, with a track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.

Strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques and strategies.

Passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex information and ideas.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
