Our state-of-the-art facilities produce high-quality bakery products under the brands 'Spencer's' and 'TINA', including bread, buns, puffs, cakes, and innovative snacks.

Our dedicated teams work tirelessly to deliver the freshest bakery products to a diverse clientele, including industries, institutions, restaurants, retail outlets, canteens, and food service establishments.

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales General Manager to lead and oversee our comprehensive sales strategy for both Chennai Foods and Tina Foods. This pivotal role involves redefining and optimizing our sales approach to drive business growth and enhance market penetration across retail and B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to expand market share and achieve revenue targets for both retail and B2B segments.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize their potential and drive results.
- Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to strengthen our presence in the market.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the food manufacturing or FMCG industry, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of retail distribution networks and B2B sales dynamics, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
