Job Summary:
Working Hours: 2-3 hours a day

**Responsibilities**:

- Making outbound calls to potential clients to inquire about their interior or construction requirements
- Maintaining a professional and positive tone while speaking to clients
- Providing clients with information about our services and products
- Following up with leads as required to ensure that all leads are pursued effectively
- Maintaining accurate records of all communications with clients in our CRM system
- Achieving weekly and monthly targets as set by the company
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure that all leads are pursued effectively
- Participating in regular team meetings to discuss progress and strategies

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada
- Previous experience in a tele-calling or customer service role preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and improve
- Ability to work from home and have a quiet environment to make calls
- Must have access to a computer/laptop and internet connection

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
