**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Management**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient environment.
- Manage office supplies inventory and reorder items when necessary.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
- **HR Support**:

- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Help manage attendance, leave records, and other HR-related administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
- **Accounts & Finance**:

- Support in the preparation of invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and financial documentation.
- Maintain records of office expenses and assist in budget tracking.
- **Communication & Coordination**:

- Act as a liaison between management and employees, ensuring effective communication.
- Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and clients as necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- **Event and Travel Management**:

- Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Handle travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- **Other Duties**:

- Perform any other administrative tasks as assigned by the manager.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in BCA, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
