**Job Title**: Receptionist
- We are hiring for Receptionist profile for FEMALES only._
- Should be comfortable for 10 AM to 8 PM Timings._
- Should be comfortable for SAREE Dress Code._
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Greeting Visitors**: Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- **Answering Phones**: Handle incoming calls, route them to the appropriate staff, and take messages when necessary.
- **Scheduling Appointments**: Manage and coordinate appointment bookings and schedules.
- **Clerical Duties**: Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- **Mail Handling**: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
- **Maintaining Front Desk Area**: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- **Customer Service**: Respond to queries, provide information, and address concerns from clients and visitors.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and office equipment (phones, printers)
- Professional and courteous demeanor
**Education**:
- CBSE Educational background is preferred.
- Basic computer and office software knowledge (e.g., Microsoft Office) is preferred
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk - Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
