We are looking for a Receptionist for our head office.
Qualifications: Any Graduation
Location: Noida Sec 63
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and employees with a positive attitude.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
Schedule and confirm appointments for management or other staff members.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Handle customer complaints and provide solutions within company policies.
Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols, including sign-in procedures.
Skills Required:
Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Should have a great personality.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Salary Package : 3 lpa to 5 lpa
Timing:
- 10 AM to 7 PM ( 6 days working Wednesday would be fixed weekly off )
