Job Title**:CRM Administrator**
**Summary of the Job**:
We are currently seeking a professional with experience in Zoho Administration to join our Business Operations team supporting our global Zoho platforms.
**Essential Responsibilities**:
- In this pivotal role, you will support the implementation of Zoho modules and workflows, driving tangible improvements in our organizational efficiency
- Support the configuration of native Zoho Modules and Customizing Creator App Modules
- Support in managing Zoho roles, Profiles, Sharing rules, Workflows and Groups
- Provide end-user training and support
- Assist with performing maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests, data sanitization and backups
- Be the 1st Point of contact for Support team to address their queries regarding Zoho.
- Help extend our data model in Zoho working with new custom fields and objects, while keeping an eye on the big picture regarding integration points and data cleanliness.
**Job Requirements**:
**Required Knowledge and Skills**:
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills for a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
