**Key Responsibilities**:
**CRM Strategy Development**:
- Design and implement comprehensive CRM strategies aimed at attracting, retaining, and expanding our customer base.
- Analyse customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for enhancing customer engagement.
**Content Creation**:
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all content is consistent with brand voice and messaging.
**Customer Support and Relationship Management**:
- Address customer queries and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to build loyalty and encourage repeat business.
**Marketing Strategy Testing**:
- Implement and oversee A/B testing for various marketing strategies developed by the team to optimize performance and engagement.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
**Cross-Department Collaboration**:
- Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive CRM strategy that supports company objectives.
- Share insights and feedback across departments to enhance overall customer experience.
**Reporting and Analysis**:
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CRM initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct regular reviews of CRM processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or customer engagement roles.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mind-set with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
