**Required Experienced**:

- Work experience in the post of CRM for at least 1-2 years.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or any other related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An efficient team player with all the requisite leadership skills.
- Remarkably superior knowledge about the company's product.
- Holding a positive attitude significantly focused on customer satisfaction.

**CRM Job Responsibilities**

Listed here are the job responsibilities of a CRM:

- Oversee the customer relationship and is essentially handled by the entire team.
- Formulate and maintain significantly profitable relationships with key customers.
- Keeping customers updated with all information on the latest products. This significantly helps in increasing the sales of the company.
- Resolve all customer complaints in a quick and efficient manner.
- Expand the customer base by essentially using the methods of upselling and cross-selling.
- Organise meetings with the managers within the organization only to bring out a strategic plan.
- Conduct business reviews frequently by making the best use of CRM programs.
- Have a clear understanding of the critical individual requirements and address them accordingly.
- Have the best knowledge of competition and plan a strategy according to it.
- Collaborate with the management team to properly run all the campaigns.
- P:S - CRM should stay at a minimum distance of 30-45 mins from the office.
- Most important rule for YOU - You have to sit with the CRM-PC everyday for 15 to 30 minutes to understand what they are doing and help them wherever they are getting stuck and explain their job in detail to them.
- Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers.
- Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieve targets.
- Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of

service, pricing and new product.
- Overachieving sales targets and goals.
- Contact potential and existing customers to generate leads and sales.
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs.
- Present products or services in a persuasive and informative manner
- Overcome objections and close sales
