CRM- Zoho/ IT Admin

We are currently seeking a professional with experience in Zoho Administration/ IT Admin to join our Business Operations team supporting our global Zoho platforms and IT infrastructure.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Zoho CRM & Zoho Suite**:Good experience with Zoho CRM customization, user management, and integration with other Zoho tools (Desk, Analytics, Campaigns).
**Office 365**:Proficiency in managing Office 365 environments, including user/license management, security policies, and data migration.
**IT Support**:Skills in ticket handling, infrastructure maintenance, and user training. Knowledge of networking and security is a plus.
**VoIP/PBX Management (this is optional but preferred)**:Experience in configuring and managing VoIP systems on servers, and integrating them with CRM platforms.
**Communication**:Good communication skills with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**:
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills for a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- High standards for quality work and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
