Job Description: Customer Succes & Digital Presence Intern
Overview: As a: Customer Success & Digital Presence Intern As a Customer Success
Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our customer success efforts by working closely
with our CS Team, your focus will be on fostering relationships with both new and existing
customers while contributing to the overall success of our organization. Dive into
conversations about the transformative potential of IoT (Internet of Things) across
productivity enhancement, workplace safety, predictive maintenance, asset management,
and regulatory compliance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare detailed use case documentation to outline customer requirements and
expectations.
- Assist in Onboarding Process
- Customer Follow Ups
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries. Assist in the
preparation of reports and presentations highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Document customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and relay insights
to relevant teams.
- Attend and Observe Client Meetings
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in report writing.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic video and audio editing skills.
- Knowledge of Canva
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
**Job Type**: Internship
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
