**Job Title**:B2B Customer Success Intern
**Location**:Hyderbad - On site
**Duration**:6 Months Internship
**Role Overview**:
As a B2B Customer Success Intern, you will help business clients use our products effectively. You will assist with onboarding, maintain relationships, and solve any problems clients face. This is a great way to learn customer service in a B2B setting.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Help onboard new clients: Guide businesses through the setup process.
- Support the team: Assist with follow-ups, data entry, and customer feedback tracking.
- Solve issues: Work with the team to resolve client problems.
- Track data: Use Excel to monitor client satisfaction and engagement.
**Requirements**:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic Excel skills for data tracking.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and with a team.
- A focus on helping clients succeed.
