We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic

team. The primary responsibility of the Executive is to contact potential customers via

telephone, introduce our products or services, and generate sales leads.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads and scripts.
- Introduce products to potential customers and answer their inquiries.
- Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of products or services effectively.
- Identify and generate sales leads through proactive engagement with potential customers.
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the

CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns or complaints.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate efforts and achieve overall sales objectives.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors' offerings.
- Continuously strive to enhance personal sales skills and contribute to team performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in telecalling or telemarketing, preferably in a sales-oriented role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasant and persuasive phone manner.
- Ability to engage customers effectively, build rapport, and establish trust.
- Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Result-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in the relevant industry or knowledge of the product/service offerings.
- Previous experience working in a target-driven sales environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in additional languages to communicate with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management and lead management systems.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
