**Description**:
Digital operations will execute day-to-day tasks as part of the commerce operations team, including the A/B experiments on Pagespace, growth book, testing builds, execution, and setup for the Airtel Thanks app.

**Job Responsibilities:
- We are looking for an enthusiastic, analytical person to manage our online A/B experiments for different layouts, test builds, campaign setup, and execution in pagespace and CMS.
- Work directly with our engineering, product managers, growth managers, and internal teams to perform all aspects of A/B experiments, including creating test builds, campaign management, including testing, and the implementation of marketing campaigns.
- QA for all experiment campaigns in the test environment that go live. Reporting and analytics for the experiments being setup

**Skills
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with A/B experiments, test builds, and working in digital operations
- Familiar with any of the UI builders, ad servers, or content management platforms to execute experiments and campaigns.
- Prior knowledge and understanding of the test builds, production testing, digital campaigns, content management, and analytics
