**POSITION: EVSE Sales & Marketing Executive**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy and Business Development**:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, penetrate new markets, and expand the customer base for EVSE products and solutions.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities in target industries, including Residential/ commercial real estate, retail, hospitality, fleet management, and government sectors.
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and industry influencers to promote awareness and generate demand for EVSE solutions.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, partners, and distributors, serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact for their EVSE needs.
- Conduct regular outreach activities, including sales calls, meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations, to engage customers and drive sales opportunities.
- Listen to customer feedback, understand their requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their needs, effectively communicating the value proposition of our EVSE products and services.
- **Marketing and Brand Promotion**:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and branding initiatives to raise awareness of our EVSE offerings and differentiate them in the market.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, sales materials, presentations, and digital content to showcase product features, benefits, and case studies.
- Leverage digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and industry events to engage with prospects, generate leads, and build the company's brand presence in the EVSE market.
- **Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence**:
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the EVSE market landscape.
- Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies related to electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, and sustainable transportation.
- **Sales Reporting and Performance Analysis**:
- Track sales metrics, pipeline activity, and performance against targets, providing regular updates and reports to management on sales forecasts, trends, and opportunities.
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement, refine sales strategies, and optimize sales processes for maximum effectiveness.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, with a track record of success in B2B, B2C sales, preferably in the Real estate market, or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of the electric vehicle industry, EVSE market dynamics, and customer needs and preferences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue growth in a competitive market environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to changing priorities and business requirements.
