Job Description: Finance and Admin Executive

Location: Gurgaon

POSITION OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Administrative Functions:
Perform routine administrative tasks, including file management, office supply procurement, and communication handling.

Ensure the office environment is organized and conducive to productivity.

Coordinate and support various departments in administrative tasks.

2. Vendor Management:
Collaborate with vendors, both domestic and international, to procure goods and services,

ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

Maintain positive relationships with vendors and address any issues or concerns.

3. Budget Management:
Assist in the development and management of departmental budgets.

Monitor and control expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.

4. Government Office Visits:
Conduct visits to government offices to facilitate administrative processes, approvals, and

compliance.

5. Data Utilization:
Leverage relevant data to inform business strategies and decision-making processes.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

6. Contract Assistance:
Collaborate with the finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with contractual

agreements.

7. Communication and Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.

8. Problem Solving:
Address and resolve administrative issues promptly, ensuring a high level of efficiency.

Identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance overall operations.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Should be semi qualified CA
- Proven experience in Finance and admin manager roles, with a focus on office

management, vendor management, and budgetary aspects.
- Excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Familiarity with SaaS environments and basic contract management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant software for administrative tasks.
- Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
