**Requirements**:
**We’re seeking a customer success specialist who embodies our unique approach at Leegality. You will not only build robust customer relationships but also collaborate with internal cross-functional leaders to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences. You should be driven by analytical skills, using them to identify issues, propose solutions, and enhance relationships to excel in this role.**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Own the relationship with assigned clients, including onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
- Establish relationships as a trusted and strategic advisor to help ensure the continued value of our products and services.
- Develop and maintain customer success as well as customer-support strategies.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external people to better understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and share learnings
- Maintain existing customer-success metrics and data as directed.
- Make sure to close queries within the given time frame.
- Providing Support to Clients on Weekends.
**Requirements**:
- 0-1 year of experience in Tech products/ SaaS /Cloud products in any role.
- This role requires you to work on Weekends and three days on Weekdays.
- Previous experience in Customer support and Customer Success.
- Experience in dealing with Enterprise customers would be preferred.
- An understanding of SaaS and BFSI would be preferred.
- A basic understanding of APIs would be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Key behavioral traits: Agility, Analytical, Pleasantly Persistent.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is a must.
