OPD. This includes providing a warm welcome, introducing themselves, and making the patient feel comfortable.
**Assisting patients**: The representative should inquire about the patient's needs and concerns, and provide them with information about the services available at the facility. They should guide patients to the appropriate service delivery areas, including registration, consultation, and treatment rooms.
**Patient registration**: The representative may be responsible for managing the patient registration process. This includes verifying patient information, checking insurance eligibility, and registering the patient for their appointment.
**Handling inquiries**: The representative should be able to handle inquiries from patients and their family members. This includes answering questions about the services available, providing information on billing and payment, and addressing concerns or
complaints.
**Providing information**: The representative should be knowledgeable about the facility's policies and procedures, as well as the services and products offered. They should be able to provide patients with accurate and helpful information that is easy to understand.
**Sales of related Services**, Packages, Memberships, and other goods or services: The Customer or Guest Care Executive will be responsible for ensuring that these sales are concluded with the coordination of the
Billing Team
**Maintaining patient confidentiality**: The representative must be able to maintain the confidentiality of patient information at all times.
This includes ensuring that patient records are secure and that sensitive information is not shared with unauthorized personnel.
**Collaborating with healthcare providers**: The representative may need to collaborate with healthcare providers including Doctors, Nurses,
Pharmacists, Security, and Billing team to ensure that patients receive the care they need. This may include coordinating appointments, providing information to healthcare providers about the services the patient requires, and assisting with the intake and billing process.
Overall, the Floor Manager or Customer Service representative who handles OPD patients with compassion plays a critical role in ensuring that patients receive high-quality care. They should have excellent communication skills, be knowledgeable about the facility's services, and be able to handle inquiries and complaints with empathy and understanding.
The Reporting Manager will be the Reception Team Leader.
**Qualifications**
Graduate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in Hospital ( Healthcare ) Industry
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Flexible shift
