We are the captive Shared Service Provider for DHL Global Forwarding and DHL Freight (DGFF). We are an organization of more than 4,600 colleagues complemented by approximately 500 virtual FTE (i.e., bots applied in process automation). Our colleagues are based across six service delivery centers in Mumbai, Chennai, Chengdu, Manila, Bogota & Budapest. You will interact with people from all over the world and get the chance to a truly international organization.

As a QlikSense Developer, you will design and implement advanced Business Intelligence dashboards and reports using QlikSense, focusing on data modeling, transformation, and visualization. Your role involves optimizing performance, leveraging QlikSense features like Mashups and Extensions, and integrating web development skills to manage and effectively report on large datasets. This position requires collaborative work with teams and effective communication with stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Dashboard and Report Development**: Design and develop intuitive and efficient BI dashboards and reports using QlikSenses, tailored to the needs of the business.
- **Advanced QlikSense Features**: Utilize advanced QlikSense capabilities such as Mashups and Extensions to create sophisticated and interactive BI solutions.
- **Handling Large Datasets**: Employ techniques like ODAG (On-Demand App Generation) and Dynamic Views to manage and report on large datasets effectively.
- To understand the requirement of the station’s / country’s documentation and ensure jobs are executed as per standard operating procedures.
- Ensure department SLAs and all Key Performance Indicators are being met as per the agreed delivery guidelines.
- Deliver a high level of service quality through timely and accurate completion of services.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the business to identify solutions, best practices, and opportunities to improve the service to our business partners.
- Flag any challenges in the operations to the immediate supervisor and business partner in a timely manner.
- Co-ordinate with the relevant stakeholders for regular communication and flow of information as defined for the respective service.
- Collaborate with business partners to enhance processes and identify best practices.
- Assist staff in resolving complex issues, maintain thorough process documentation, and ensure quality control.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 + years of experience in a similar role focusing on QlikSense development.
- Proven expertise in QlikSense dashboard/report development and optimization with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong skills in data modelling, transformation, and visualization.
- Experience with QlikSense Mashups, Extensions, ODAG, and Dynamic Views.
- Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) as related to BI reporting.
- Exposure to working with Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERPs)
