Sales Executive Officer

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and prospect new customers within the pre-engineering industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Follow up with clients after sales to ensure their needs are met and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Market Analysis and Reporting:

- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pre-engineering or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of pre-engineering systems and related products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
