Customer Service Officer

As a Customer Care Executive, your primary responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns
- You will be the frontline representative of the company, interacting directly with customers and providing them with support and assistance
**Responsibilities**:
- Issue resolution: Identify and address customer concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively, aiming for a satisfactory resolution.
- Product knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
- Order processing: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns or exchanges, and resolving any order-related issues.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹9,526.42 - ₹18,000.00 per month
