**Business Analyst - Hedge Fund - Geneva**

**Location: Mumbai/Bangalore**
**Department: Fund Accounting**
**Vacancy Type: Permanent**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Handling various migrations/implementations/transitions from legacy book keeping and
- accounting systems over to Advent Geneva
- Understand user requirements and articulate the same to the technology team
- Meeting client expectation and completion of projects under strict timeframe.
- Handling Fund implementation, on boarding new clients into a fund accounting system(Advent Geneva)
- Managing Advent Geneva version upgrade
- Managing Advent Geneva functional support
- Managing end to end project implementations
- Good experience in handling securities market operations for large customers.
- Good In-depth Exposure to various Listed and OTC instruments such as equity, derivatives,
- IRS, CDS, Bonds and a thorough understanding of end to end life cycle of these products.
- Excellent oral, written communication and influencing skills, Leadership.
- Through understanding of various functions in Investment banking/Hedge fund Operations
- including Trade Booking, Confirmations, Settlements, Collateral management, Reconciliation, Valuation/pricing and Accounting.
- Understanding of Advent Geneva would be a big plus
- Understanding of any other fund accounting systems will be an added advantage

**Your Profile**:

- Any Graduate / MBA / CA with 3 -5 years of experience
- Through understanding of various functions in Investment banking/Hedge fund Operations including Trade Booking, Confirmations, Settlements, Collateral management, Reconciliation, Valuation/pricing and Accounting.
- Understanding of various platforms and tools used across front, middle and/or back office operations in an alternative asset management setup
- Should have actively worked on large and mid-sized technology projects
- Should have in-depth understanding of SDLC
- In-depth Exposure to various Listed and OTC instruments such as equity, derivatives, IRS, CDS, Bonds, Bank Debts, and a thorough understanding of end to end life cycle of these products.
- Excellent oral, written communication and influencing skills
- Understanding of Advent Geneva would be a big plus
- Understanding of any other fund accounting systems will be an added advantage
