- Stay updated with industry trends and address potential reputation risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve the issue.
- Analyze metrics and report on brand sentiment and trends.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
6months - 1 year experience similar role.
- Customer service experience and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and social media platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 per month
