**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:

- You will be managing the assigned dealers and sub-dealers and driving secondary sales targets from those customers.
- Min 30-40 calls/day & ensuring to achieve daily secondary target along with beating targets with related KPIs.
- Market analysis & competitors’ study for identifying new sub-dealers/direct dealers/distributors on a regular basis & appointing new dealers and retailers in the assigned territory.
- Meeting existing dealers/distributors on a regular basis as per assigned beats, ensuring beat adherence and stock position.
- Monitoring and analyzing new dealers’ performance to assess among new dealers/sub dealers which can be elevated to the new scheme, also communicating the same with dealers.
- Scheme tracking and its effectiveness on a daily basis.
- Product Knowledge of edible group with new product launch - pitching to distributors/direct dealers/Sub-dealers.
- Taking initiatives to guide dealers through their first phase like in-shop selling, expansion/customization of product range with a right display at counters.

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month
