CTC**:1.2 - 2 Lakhs Per Annum plus T.A., D.A. & incentives as per sales.**

Job Recruitments:
A) Skill-set required:
Enthusiastic, smart individual willing to take-up new challenges and wanting to work in fast changing environment.

Who can own the business in the territory and take responsibility for revenue from the region.

Responsible for end-to-end business development in the region-Responsible for reaching out to new brands, meeting decision makers, conducting demos and trials with the help of team, closing the deals.

Maintain relationship with existing customers.

Work with cross functional team to ensure customer success.

B) Key areas of responsibility:
Appoint Distributors for Services - drive the primary and secondary sales.

Retail audit for stocks.

Disciplined in market visit.

Maintain communication between your Company and distributors.

Generate orders on deputed beats or areas.

Resolving routine distribution issues.

Good geographical knowledge of the market/area.

Ability to convince Retailers and Distributors.

Ensure timely delivery and payment collections & Maintain business on a daily basis with weekly reporting to your Reporting Officer.

If you have any new ideas for product sales, discuss your reporting officer.
