**As Research Associate**:

- Conduct literature reviews
- Help in statistical analysis and presentation preparation
- Assist in verifying numerical data in both digital and written form, thus ensuring that any kind of errors which may occur during transcription are eliminated.
- Create research summaries in the required formats including spreadsheets and power point presentations.
- Perform internet searches to gather relevant information and record any findings in a manner pursuant to faculty protocol.
- Drafts briefing documents for the Dean as well as correspondence and works on other communications projects. Develops and manages a database of contacts, initiatives and assignments.
- Maintain robust follow-up systems for timely completion of assignments and keep Dean updated on any developments, and status reports related to ongoing assignments or projects.
- Records minutes or notes of meetings as required.
- To systemize information and material (electronic files and hard copy) that is readily retrievable. Ability to establish and maintain a diverse and confidential filing system.

**Qualification and Experience**
- Master’s degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training
- Minimum 1-2yrs of experience within a similar role.
- Excellent project management skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
- Diplomacy, professional appearance and excellent attendance

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Day shift
