- **Record Keeping**: Document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and report insights to help improve our products and services.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues and ensure a cohesive approach to customer care.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay informed about industry trends and company updates to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,261.68 - ₹36,258.42 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Shift allowance
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Language**:
