**Education-**: Graduate
- To Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
- To Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- To Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.
- Maintaining proper records of calling, site visits and meeting done.
- To update 4 QT software regarding follows ups, meetings, site visits on a daily basis.
- To update Google sheets regarding follows ups, meetings, site visits on a daily basis.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
