**Position: Inside Sales Executive**
**Location: Noida Sec-63, B Block**
**Salary
- 20K/month**
**Type: Full-time**

**Job Summary**: As an Inside Sales Executive at Gaur Infotech Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our clientele across various industries. You will be responsible for generating leads, establishing connections, and presenting our comprehensive staffing solutions to potential clients. Your ability to leverage platforms such as LinkedIn and other networking resources will be essential in achieving your sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research to identify potential clients in target industries.
- Utilize platforms like LinkedIn to proactively generate leads and build a strong network of prospects.
- Understand the staffing needs of potential clients and effectively communicate how Gaur Infotech Solutions can address their requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align strategies, share insights, and optimize the lead generation process.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments to tailor your approach according to market demands.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to provide insights for refining lead generation strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in inside sales or related roles, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with lead generating tools other social media platforms for lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Prior experience in IT staffing or HR consultancy is a plus not mandatory.
