We are looking for a vendor coordinator who will be responsible for vendor management within the organization.

**Position : Vendor Coordinator**

**Shift : Day**

**Work location : Noida**

**Working days : Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays**

**Job description**:

- Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with vendors.
- Reviewing new vendors and their processes and troubleshooting any vendor issues
- Negotiating product pricing and contracts with vendors
- Communicating project-related issues and concerns to vendors.
- Communicating vendor responsibilities and obligations and suggesting improvements
- Acting as an intermediary between vendors and stakeholders
- Updating, renewing, and cancelling vendor contracts whenever needed
- Updating contract terms of existing vendors
- Ensuring all vendor activities adhere to our company policies

**Job Specification**:

- Must have experience of 1 year as a Vendor Coordinator.
- Good communication skills; both verbal and written.
- Proficient MS office skills.
- Good negotiation skills

**Salary**: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
