Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotations based on customer requirements and project specifications.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and related documents to assess project scope and requirements.
- Collaborate with sales and project management teams to gather necessary information for quotations.
- Ensure timely submission of quotations to clients, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Follow up with clients regarding submitted quotations and address any queries they may have.
- Update and maintain quotation templates and pricing databases.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to ensure competitiveness.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to quotations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a quotation or pricing role, preferably within the construction or roofing industry.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and quotation software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Skills**:
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
- Familiarity with roofing products and installation processes is a plus.
