**Responsibilities**:

- **General Office Management**: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, equipment, and ensuring a well-maintained and organized workspace.
- **Front Desk Operations**: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- **Scheduling and Calendar Management**: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring the availability of all relevant parties and necessary resources.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
- **Travel and Logistics Coordination**: Help coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members as required.
- **Assist HR and Finance Departments**: Support HR in onboarding new employees, managing attendance records, and assisting with payroll processing. Collaborate with the Finance team on expense tracking and reporting.
- **Office Maintenance**: Liaise with building management for office repairs, maintenance, and safety compliance.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in organizing team-building activities, office celebrations, and special events.

**Requirements**:

- **1-2 years of Office Administration Experience**: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and visitors effectively.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software and tools.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous in handling data, records, and documents with a high level of accuracy.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to proactively identify issues and offer practical solutions.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative mindset, with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- **Adaptability**: Thrives in a dynamic and rapidly changing startup environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
