Office Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and organized Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Maintain accurate records of office expenses and manage office budget
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management team members
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis as required
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive problem solver with a positive attitude
