Administration Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing facility maintenance, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Calendar and Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups to facilitate efficient time management.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems. Manage confidential information and documents with discretion and confidentiality. Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
- Human Resources Support: Assist with various HR tasks, including onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, coordinating training programs, and managing leave and attendance records. Collaborate with the HR department to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Financial Administration: Assist in financial administration tasks, such as processing invoices, expense tracking, and budget management. Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely financial documentation.
- Project Support: Provide administrative support to project teams, including coordinating meetings, preparing project-related documents, tracking project progress, and facilitating communication between team members.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Identify and resolve administrative issues and challenges proactively. Analyze situations, gather relevant information, and propose solutions or escalate issues to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures, as well as statutory obligations.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate or office setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
- Salary range from 25k to 30k per month
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
