**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products/services.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and address inquiries.
- Maintain a database of customer information and record details of all interactions.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective calling strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to speak confidently and persuasively over the phone.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
