Territory Account Rep Iii

- What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
In this position, you will get to:
- To develop sales plans, strategies, and final presentations designed to meet customer needs and enhance revenue growth.
- To support Consultants / Specifying bodies within the assigned area of responsibility. Include Pentair products and systems in consultant specifications.
- To provide technical assistance to Consultants / Specifying bodies.
- To travel throughout assigned territory to call on existing and prospective customers to identify opportunities and solicit orders.
- To analyze customers’ needs and recommend solutions that best meet the customers’ requirements.
- To work under the general supervision with latitude for independent judgment.
- To devise, implement and utilize a follow up system and metrics to monitor success rate.
- To be aware of and responsive to market conditions and competitor activities.
- To communicate such information to Product management.
- To maintain a co-operative and credible working relationship with other company personnel to assure customer satisfaction.
- To manage expense allowances and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
- To plan promotional efforts, presentations and training sessions with System Integrators, End-users and Consultants.
- To provide necessary reports and surveys requested by product management team.
- To compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads based on information from networks, media, business directories, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
- To promptly follow up marketing leads and other customer based actions.
- To enter new customer data and other sales data for current customers into database
- To ensure achieve assigned sales targets.
