**Job Title: Enrollment Officer/ Manager Admissions**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Manage the Student Application Process:
2. Review and Evaluate Applications:
- Coordinate with applicants to resolve any discrepancies or missing information.
3. Communicate with Prospective Parents:
- Address any concerns or questions about the admissions process.
4. Team Management:
- Lead and manage the admissions team to ensure efficiency and collaboration.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to achieve admissions targets.
5. Attend Meetings and Participate in Strategic Planning:
- Attend regular meetings with senior management and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of admission strategies and action plans to meet enrollment goals.
**Key Skills Required**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with diverse groups of students and families.
- Analytical skills for effective data management and reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems for managing admissions databases.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
