Job Description The Customer Success Executive is responsible to engage with existing customers with key focus being maintaining ongoing customer relationships, networking, implementing success programs, upsell and minimize churn. Also ensure the customers are made aware of all the latest features, new releases etc. Engage with customers on a calendarized schedule. to understand the gaps and the expectations of the customers, Investigate problems reported and determine solutions, escalate if needed

Job Location: SatNav Technologies, 203 2nd floor, Lakeshore towers, Rajbhavan road, somajiguda, Hyderabad

HR Terms: 2yrs Agreement, 5.5 days per week, 5 days Mon - Fri 9 am to 545pm, Saturday 8 am to 1pm.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Somajiguda, Hyderabad - 500082, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
